  • GUIDELINES

  • Request. Please read the Terms of Service first and complete the commission form.

  • Negotiation. If the commission request is approved, clients will be issued an invoice summarizing the pay structure.

  • Production. Once the commission is approved, the client will receive an email with the commission's draft or sketch.

  • Compensation. The artist's commission draft requires full payment before the artist can proceed. The client has the right to request updates at any time.

  • **Payment. **Once payment is received, the client will be given priority in the production queue, and the artist will be able to finish the artwork.

  • Distribution. Finished artwork will be emailed to the client. Asking for revision is welcome, but can only apply once.

  • TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Feedback. Revisions and corerections are welcome, but can only be done once after the finished art is released.

  • Deadlines. The client won't be given any specific deadlines, The turnaround time is usually one to three months.

  • Transaction. Payment through Paypal is only accepted. The common currency is US Dollars

  • Price. Displayed based prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty and medium of each individual piece. Please note that the prices are not permanent.

  • Additional Fee. Employing PayPal's invoice feature will incur an extra fee of your total payment. Please utilize this website to calculate the additional cost.

  • References. Commissions with detailed information and good visual references are greatly appreciated so that the artist can clearly meet the client's expectations. Otherwise, the commission would be turned down.

  • Distribution. The artist retails all the distribution rights reserved for any personal website, gallery, and portfolio.

  • Copyrights and Usage. The commission is only for personal, non-commercial use. Please contact me directly via email for commercial work. Clients should not use the artwork for AI development, NFT, or any cryptocurrency engineering.

  • Factors resulting from personal issues or miscommunication with clients my delay or completely cease a commission. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

  • Refunds. Only if the artist has not yet published the entire work will a refund payment request be approved.
